Bridging funds

Torah's main chain will always be Ethereum. In order to facilitate the use of funds on other chains, you usually have to use the chain's bridge to send your funds from other chains to the Ethereum.

Bridging is not operated by Torah, so Torah cannot provide support for using bridging. The following issues may affect users of bridging, so be sure to do your research and proceed with caution

  • Liquidity issues: Sometimes bridges do not have enough liquidity to process transactions. Often, the bridge will wait to refill liquidity before allowing funds to be processed.

  • Stuck funds: Occasionally, funds are removed from one chain but fail to appear on a new chain in time. Sometimes this can be resolved by simply waiting. In extreme cases, you should contact the support channels of the bridge in question.
